Hey r/Kochi,

Me and my partner are hunting for a couple-friendly 1BHK or 2BHK in Kakkanad or nearby (Kangarappady, Thrikkakara, Infopark side). Working couple, both in IT, move-in is flexible.

Most of the listings on the usual sites either get taken in a day or the owners aren't open to couples once you call. So putting this out here in case anyone has better leads.

What would really help:

- Owner contacts or building names where couples are accepted

- Brokers

- If you or anyone you know is planning to vacate their flat soon, would love to take it over before it hits the market

My girlfriend and I are looking for a 1BHK somewhere in Kochi, hoping to move in sometime in the next couple of months. We're both working in tech, pretty low-maintenance, non-smokers, no pets. The kind of tenants who pay on time and won't bother you 😅

Location-wise we'd prefer kakkanad or anywhere reasonably connected would work. Furnished or semi-furnished preferred.

One thing we'd like to be upfront about — we're an unmarried couple. Totally understand if that's not okay for some landlords, just prefer to sort that out early rather than waste anyone's time. Happy to share documents, references, whatever helps build trust.

We are open to sharing a 2bhk if anyone's offering.
