I recently filed for premium processing (still within/less than the 15 business days timeframe as of today).
My latest case status update:

“On July 2, 2026, we cancelled the request for additional evidence for your Form I-140, immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, Receipt Number YYYYY. We will send you a notice if we need additional evidences. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.USCIS.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address”.

Is this is a good sign?

I’m trying to pay and submit my i907, but each time I put my payment details and try to pay, the system loads and takes me back to”check your application or petition before you submit page”, then turns green “we found no alerts or warnings in your application or petition”

I heard they adjudicate EB1A i140 regardless of country of birth, but change of status was where the hold on the 75 countries was implemented. Let’s assume the most recent memo isn’t in place (my focus is on the i140)
