Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my WHOOP and I can’t get it to connect anymore.
It was working perfectly before, but it suddenly disconnected. The app now says “WHOOP Disconnected” and asks me to pair the device again.
I’ve already tried:
Restarting my iPhone.
Turning Bluetooth off and on.
Charging the WHOOP.
Closing and reopening the app.
Trying to pair it multiple times.
The app detects that I should pair a device, but it never actually connects. My last successful sync was July 23 at 9:42 AM.
I’ve attached screenshots of what I’m seeing.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there anything else I can try, or does this usually mean the device has failed and needs to be replaced?
