UPDATE: TMobile cut a hole in my roof

Sorry for starting a new thread. I couldn't add pictures to my original post.

TMobile sent a full time tech onsite. He rerouted the fiber cable. Did a great job. He told me the same contract company that hired the first tech would be sending a guy out to fix the hole. Guy came out and applied DAP Asphalt Roof Sealant. I asked if they were at least going to replace the shingle, he said this was just as good. Here's a picture of what he did and what he used.

TMobile cut a hole in my roof

Tmobile installer cut a hole in my roof to run a fiber connection. I've submitted a complaint, they are supposed to come out and rerun the fiber. They told me I will need to contact a contractor to fix the hole, and then bill them. It's supposed to rain tomorrow, I'm thinking about placing a tarp up there as a temporary solution. Any other ideas?

TMobile Fiber installer cut a hole in my roof

Installer came by today. He cut a hole in my roof to run the fiber through. I can see daylight. The installer drilled through a shingle. I've never seen something so half ass.
