19 channel zscore neurofeedback training and qeeg scans

Would it be correct to assume that the precision of zscore training is related to the same device that is used for the qeegs themselves?

For example, if the qeeg would show abnormal deviations in comparison to a database, this same equipment would try to normilize those same deviations when doing zscore training?

In the neuroguide manual it seems that you can only work on both relative and absolute power metrics when doing surface 19 channel z score training.

When using loreta z score on networks, it seems to only work on power metrics which is actually only absolute power based on what can be seen in the progress tab such as in the example provided.

Am I right to assume you CANNOT work on relative power z score when using loreta z score specifically?
