Investor since 2018 in mostly RE and a little bit of venture and I’m absolutely done with this company after abysmal returns and suddenly chasing new schemes for years.

VCX price dropping toward NAV even with the lockup, most of the major holdings looking to IPO within the year, company pivoting to VCX 2 already, RE funds have to be hemorrhaging money from people redeeming, who in their right mind isn’t pulling all their money out? Will we even be able to?

Is their Real estate AI product even a thing anymore? It’s a bunch of public data slapped on top of Claude that they want to charge for…. They went radio silent on that…

If I was a betting man I’d say layoffs in the next 6 months.
