This incident is of Chattarpur, New Delhi where a teenage boy was sitting with his friends in a cafe and a group of people started harassing his friends and after the confrontation with the group, the guy got into an argument and later a person in that group went to his home, and brought a gun and shot the guy in the head ....and later he died in the hospital....and the group ran away....After the protest by the guy's family and the pressure from the public protests, the police started working on this case .....but I live in the same area too and my parents are now scared, when I leave the house because these types of shooting cases are common in this area and some of the cases do not even make up for the news .... I remember a case of 2 years ago, a boy was shot in the head...and this case didn't even make up for a FIR....which makes me and my family worried that there is no safety in this country...one little argument, one confrontation can potentially lead to death and if we avoid the confrontation you have to bear the disrespect and harrasment from these type of people.....i believe leaving the country is the only solution.

I will attach some of the articles if someone needs an Evidence or wants to read them.
