Dilemma between tech and management role
I am currently working in an mnc but the pay is peanuts. I love the work culture and team but I think the role and the company creates the space which makes you settle down due to the comforts it offers.
I also have an offer letter from Accenture but the process is gonna be pretty long. They pay is almost 1.5x the current pay but isn’t a pretty big jump.
I am in a doubt to prepare for CAT exams and attempt for IIMs and take out loan and complete it. I am interested in tech but the end goal is management for me. Is IIM pathway a good choice or a risk?
