drivers who block the bike lane
its just annoying and it puts you in danger when its time to go around too
but honestly i'm a bit more okay with food trucks and mail trucks parking on the bike lane... but doordash drivers and uber drivers are the most annoying
food trucks wont move but they're doing the lords work and one mail truck moved when they saw me
doordash drivers! oh hell they're so unbelievably rude and say "i'm delivering food! you move!" like can we PLEASE get something approved by LA city council where we can take a picture of an idiot doordash driver parked in a bike lane and have them ticketed
and uber drivers, i asked one to move politely and he responded "i'm ready to pick up". i said "you're blocking a bike lane, you can't park here, and you don't have an emergency" to which he responded "i am uber i am ready to pick up and i park anywhere i want"
like dude these idiots too need to be ticketed. istg public service workers i can absolutely give a break to because they understand when they're blocking a lane and it's inconveniencing other people. bus drivers, waymos, its not their fault that they put their stop there, and they try to move out of the road.
doordash and uber drivers have the option to stop elsewhere that's not in the middle of the road. none of these idiots try to move out of the road and uber drivers can absolutely drive around and communicate with their customer. even waymos have the functionality of driving around the block if needed/a road is busy.
PLEASE we actually need some kind of system where we can submit photos and help Los Angeles parking enforcement send out those tickets. Ik buses got those cameras too for the bus lanes
