How many of you actually use Dry Mode during the summer?

Just curious: how many of you use Dry Mode on your mini-split during humid summer days instead of running Cool Mode all the time?

We'd love to hear how you use it and whether you've noticed a difference in comfort or energy usage. Share your experience in the comments!

Wildfire Smoke Reminder

Wildfire smoke has been affecting air quality in many parts of North America. If you're in an impacted area, we hope you're staying safe.

Here are a few tips to help keep your home comfortable during smoky conditions:

  • Keep windows and doors closed as much as possible to help reduce smoke entering your home.
  • Keep your Senville system running to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature while minimizing outdoor air infiltration.
  • Check and clean your mini split filters regularly, especially during periods of poor air quality. If you have an air purifier, now's a great time to put it to work.
  • Monitor your local Air Quality Index (AQI) and follow any public health advisories.

Is wildfire smoke affecting your area? Let us know where you're checking in from, and share any tips you've found helpful for keeping your home comfortable during wildfire season.

Stay safe, everyone. 💙

Settle the Debate: What's the Perfect Indoor Temperature During Summer?

Everyone seems to have a different answer...

  • 68°F (20°C)
  • 72°F (22°C)
  • 75°F (24°C)
  • 78°F (26°C)+

What's your ideal indoor temperature during the summer, and why?

Bonus: Tell us where you're from. Someone in Arizona probably has a very different answer than someone in Ontario.

It always happens fast, one warm day turns into your house feeling like an oven by 2 PM 😅

What’s everyone doing right now to prep for summer?

What’s Your Favorite Senville Series?

Curious to hear some real-world opinions from people running different Senville series.

If you own a LETO, AURA, or ELITE system:
Would you choose the same series again?

And what made that one stand out for you?

Curious to get some real-world opinions on indoor unit types.

What type are you using? Wall mounted, floor mounted, or ceiling cassette?

And if you had to do it again, would you pick the same setup?

Would love to hear pros/cons of each (placement, airflow, aesthetics, etc.).

Hey everyone!

One topic we see come up often is noise expectations with mini splits.

For those running one:
How does the noise level compare to what you expected?

Especially indoor units. Is it quieter, louder, or about the same?

Would be really helpful to hear some real-world experiences for people currently researching systems.

We’ve been seeing more discussion around humidity levels with the spring season.

For those using mini splits:
Have you noticed a difference in indoor humidity this time of year?

Also curious:
Are you mostly running standard heating/cooling, or using dry mode at all?

Would be great to hear how people are handling it in real-world setups.

For those using mini splits:
What’s one benefit you didn’t expect when you first got it?

Could be anything. Comfort, noise levels, cost, air quality, etc. Always interesting hearing what stands out after real-world use!

Quick question for mini split owners:

How often are you actually cleaning your filters?

We recommend regular maintenance, but we’re curious what people do in real-world use, especially coming out of winter into spring.

Do you follow a schedule or just clean when performance drops?
