Hello. I have a question regarding the suspension of my Google Business Profile.

Currently, 00 Law Firm operates a separate center responsible for immigration and border control affairs, and has registered that center in a Google Business Profile.

* Google Business Profile Registration Name: Law Firm 00 | Korean Immigration Lawyer

* Actual business name: 00 Law Firm

* The Immigration Center is not a company registered as a separate business entity, but a center within 00 Law Firm that handles immigration affairs.

After registering my profile, I proceeded with video verification, but my business profile was suspended for policy violation after the verification. However, the suspension notice email sent by Google did not clearly specify exactly which policy was violated.

To demonstrate that the actual business name at the time of video verification was 00 Law Firm, we created and attached a temporary signboard in the form of a foam board to the office before filming.

The name displayed on the foam board at the time was

Law Firm 00 Immigration Lawyer

It was, the name registered in the Google Business Profile

Law Firm 00 | Korean Immigration Lawyer

There is a difference in whether it includes the word “Korean” when “wa” is.

I am curious about the following matter.

1. Could the reason for the suspension be that the name of the signboard photographed for video verification did not match the business name registered on the Google Business Profile, especially that the signboard did not include the word “Korean”?

2. If I proceed with an objection against the currently suspended profile, what should I clarify, and which materials, such as the actual business registration certificate and office signage, would be helpful to submit? The actual business name is 00 Law Firm, and the immigration center is not a separate business entity. In this case, what should I do?

Hello. I am a marketer based in South Korea managing our Google Business Profile, and I am reaching out to request assistance regarding an account issue.

We recently completed the video verification process for our Business Profile, and the status was updated to "Under Review." However, shortly after, we discovered that our Business Profile was suspended.

The system only states that the suspension was due to "Content that violates policies," without providing any specific details or examples.

I would like to know how we can resolve this issue and whether there are any detailed reasons available for this decision so that we can correct any potential compliance issues.
