Got an offer for a P2 role at Raytheon, asked for 160 hrs pto instead of 120 and was told by the recruiter that PTO isn’t adjustable.

I’ve seen others in this sub successfully negotiate more PTO so I thought I’d try, adding a data point for others, everyone should always try though!
