Financial aid help

Does anyone know how long the financial aid hours confirmed form takes to process? I did mine on the 12th and they haven't approved it yet. (Had to do it a little late since i wasn't sure if I could come back this semester)

I am just scared I will be dropped, I do have a negative balance on my student account, but i was just wondering if any one knew anything. Called financial aid office and they blew me off and didn't answer my questions.

Summer aid

financial aid office isn't answering and I stayed on call for almost 2 hours and no one got back to me :(( soo I still have an outstanding payment on my student account, but it also shows I have a refund. Thing is nothing has been paid yet and I am just wondering if anyone is in the same boat as me. This is all that comes out for me along with the amount I owe and my pending aid
