KDE Plasma , Gnome or Cosmic

Currently, I am using Arch. I love using rolling releases. I am thinking of trying Tumbleweed. It's not like that I dislike Arch, i love it. But, for no special reason I am attracted to TW. From opensuse community, I would like to know why should I actually give it a try. How easy it is to find packages for TW? Arch has AUR, from where I use some tools which does not have instruction for installing them on OpenSuse TW. How can i get those packages on TW and how easy is it to build packages from source code? Also, if i choose to use ext4 filesystem ( as i am on HDD), Will I face any issue?
I really want to try TW but need some push.

I have moved to Zorin os recently from windows. One thing i have noticed is that, my touchpad's cursor movement is so heavy. Inside a browser the cursor works flawlessly but outside that the cursor makes movement where it feels like I am pushing any heavy block. What might be the solve for this?
