Switching reduced fare form of payment on OMNY is a nightmare... Why?
I needed to change form of payment for reduced fare disability on OMNY but still can't do it on their website. Called OMNY and they are confused but said they would escalate and fix.
They didn't and then OMNY said they can't do it even though they did it 3 times before! Was told to call 718-330-1234. They couldn't help me told to go to customer service center in person.
This has been going on since OMNY was introduced. Why?
