Supplement CACs in 2026?

Hi all,

Ive been reading a lot about how CAC increased by 45% in the last 3 years. I wanted to check in to see for those who manage brand what CAC in FB and Google are they seeing in supplements? Particularly in womens health?

Im going to start advertising on FB in the next few weeks and want to get a bench mark.
Thank you!

4 B-rads call back: I just turned 40 and I’m breaking down. Autoimmune issues, vision loss, and now a breast biopsy. I

I honestly feel like I am living through the worst year of my life, and I just need to vent because I am completely breaking out right now.

I recently turned 40, and the last year has just been one medical nightmare after another. It started with some sort of complex autoimmune issue that mainstream doctors couldn't really figure out or treat. They told me my labs looked "fine". After a year of agonizing pain and debilitating symptoms, I finally started working with a functional medicine doctor, and things were finally starting to improve.

But then, out of nowhere, I dealt with choroidal neovascularization and actually lost partial vision in one of my eyes. It was terrifying. Im not in Veg-F shots and some of my vision is recovering but I dont know if I will recover it fully.

My mother also got diagonosed with Alzheimer's and Ive been helping her.

I thought I had hit my limit, and then this week happened. I went in for my very first routine mammogram. I got a callback for a second mammogram and an ultrasound. They tried to reassure me that callbacks are normal, especially for a first baseline screening. But after the ultrasound, they told me I now need a biopsy because they found a cluster of pleomorphic microcalcifications BI-RADS 4.

I’ve been doing my research, and based on the wording, it looks like it could be a BI-RADS 4B, which carries a 50% chance of malignancy.

I am just completely overwhelmed. I feel like I'm screaming “WHAT THE FUCK?!” at the universe. How much is one person supposed to take? I am freaking out about this biopsy and just feel so exhausted, and lost. Has anyone else gone through a streak of medical nightmares like this, or dealt with similar biopsy results and come out okay? If it turns out to be cancer, would should I be preparing myself for right now? Please be kind, Im at my last straw.
