Highest weight recorded was 470 in December 2023. Started official weight loss journey in August 2025. Still need to get to about 170lbs or so as I’m a short king (5’8)

Looking for level up advice
Brief story: 5’8 went from 460> 240, looking to eventually get to 160 but wanted to get general advice for face improvement.
