Am I the only one who doesn’t understand this? Our pitching staff has been horrible, literally last in the league in runs allowed this year with nearly 6 per game. So why are we sending a guy with a sub 3 era who’s been one of our most used arms out of the pen to AAA? Like 12th overall in WAR on this team, clearly contributes and get outs when asked. Has his walk and K numbers been a little off to start the year? Maybe, but it’s May. I would prefer a guy like this stay and settle into the zone where it’s not really hurting us compared to the other BP stand ins we’ve been trotting out. Are we trying to give up more runs for our offense to overcome? What’s the vision?
