What is people doing to keep all the drippings out of the bottom of the smoker?

What’s the opinions of this smoker? Does anyone know if they adjust temp in 25° increments?

I’m considering a Backyard Beast 1200 for my next smoker. I’ve owned 3 pit boss smokers and I’m ready to move up. My vertical Pit Boss would cook at 225° which is where I like to cook my ribs. The horizontal Pit Bosses will not do 225°. They go from 200 to 250 and in 50° increments beyond that. My question is, does the Recteq adjust in 25° increments? Any other pointers you have for the Backyard Beast would also be appreciated. TIA

Wondering if anyone has a suggestion on watering. I started out with free watering but I think it’s too much. He’s a male mini-B 5.5 months 35lbs.

Our Mini Berne is 5 1/2 months old. All shots are finished up. We are considering neutering to help with his insane hyperactivity. What’s your experience been with neutering and what impact did it have on behavior?

I use the BMW app on my phone as my key. The kick to open feature doesn’t seem to work unless I have the actual key. Anyone else experience this?
