Terrible first and last experience with Turo
Booking made 2 weeks in advance. Host cancels < 24 hrs before pickup time. Says car is damaged and not suitable for pickup. Extremely annoying but fair enough cuz shit happens.
Turo calls me to try and resolve this issue. But refuses to cover even a fraction of the cost for a new vehicle. Especially bullshit since they increase prices the closer your reservation date is.
As a customer, Turo could not care less about you. If something out of your control happens, Turo tells you you're shit out of luck and does nothing to help / improve the situation.
Deleted my account right after this experience.
