F45 changed my life. Already 80 down, but what the community and commitment has done for my quality of life - mind, body, and spirit is invaluable. So paying it forward is something I think about. How does one get in on franchise fun? What are the costs? Is it worth it? Or should I just keep Hyrox’n n shut up? Lol.
