Hey everyone,

Got my B.Sc. Maths document verification done today at Maitri Bhawan. Everything went smoothly and my allotment letter got submitted, but I ran into a major problem regarding my subjects.

The Issue:

Right now, my combination is showing Maths in Minor and Physics & Chemistry in Major (or vice versa), but I actually want Chemistry in my Minor. I went to the staff there to request a change, but they flat-out refused and said subject changes are not allowed at the counter.

What should I do now? Is there any official correction window that opens later, or does any "jugaad" (talking to someone specific, extra application, etc.) work here? Has anyone faced this before?

Classes update: Also, have B.Sc. Maths classes officially started yet? When should I start going to college regularly?

Would really appreciate some guidance from seniors. Thanks! 🙏

Bhai log, real talk—LU ke admission cell walo ne dimaag ka poora dahi kar rakha hai. Main itna zyada confused hoon ki mujhe samajh hi nahi aa raha ki main 4th allotment ka main character hoon ya kisi error ka shikaar.

Yahan scene kya chal raha hai, dekho:

Fee Payment: Maine bhai apni 4th allotment ki seat confirmation fee time par nipat di hai (tension khatam wahan tak toh).

The Clowns (Notices): Ek notice bolta hai 4th allotment 14-15 taarik ka hai, aur verification 17-18 August ko hai. Phir ek aur naya notice aa jata hai ki 17 ko aaya hai aur 20 tak fee deni hai. Dates aapas mein aisi lad rahi hain jaise Instagram comments mein fan wars chal rahi ho.

Ab sawaal yeh hai—mujhe physical document verification ke liye Old Campus kab bhagna hai? Kal subah subah jaana hai ya koi naya notice aane ka wait karna hai?

Kisi aur ka bhi 4th allotment tha kya? Agar koi wahan ka veteran ya current student hai jo LU ki is ancient script ko decode kar sake, toh please bata do. Main aur mental breakdown afford nahi kar sakta fr fr 😭🙏

My Status: General Rank 940. Allotted Lucknow Christian Degree College in Round 1 and opted for upgradation.

The Issue: After Round 3, I am getting this login error: "Dear Candidate, Sorry! you are not allowed to login, because you have not allotted any seat."

Questions:

Why am I getting this error after opting for upgradation? Am I blocked from upcoming rounds?

Where did the B.Sc. Math (General) cutoff close after Round 3?

Do I still have a chance for the Main Campus in the 4th/5th round or spot round?

Any advice from seniors would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

With 940 General Rank, what are my realistic chances for LU Main Campus (Regular)?

Is JNPG (KKC) or Shia PG easily available at this rank for B.Sc Maths?

I need some urgent advice regarding Lucknow University B.Sc (Maths) admissions.

I appeared for the entrance exam and secured an Open Rank of 940 (General).

The Issue:

I had selected EWS while filling the application form, but my scorecard/result doesn't show any EWS rank—it only shows General/UR rank.

I recently visited the LU Main Campus admission cell to check if this could be corrected, but the officials mentioned that no offline/manual changes can be made now since the merit list has already been generated and locked by the system.

I have a few questions for seniors or anyone familiar with LU admissions:

Is there any official Grievance Cell / Mail ID / Helpline where I can raise this issue, or is the category completely locked now?

With an Open Rank of 940 (General), what are my realistic chances for LU Main Campus (Regular or Self-Finance)?

If Main Campus Regular is tough, how are the chances for top affiliated colleges like JNPG (KKC) or Shia PG College?

Just checked the merit list for B.Sc Mathematics (UG 2026) and here are my stats:

Course: B.Sc (Maths Group)

Marks / Index Score: 78

Open Rank: 940

Category: General / Unreserved (Form me EWS update nahi ho paya, so strictly General rank se hi fight karna hai)

Total candidates list me around 2.2k ke paas dikh rahe hain.

My main doubts:

Main Campus (Regular): 2nd ya 3rd allotment round tak koi realistic chance hai kya? Ya fir straight up cooked hu? 😭

Main Campus (Self-Finance): Is rank (940) par SF seat milne ke kitne % chances hain?

Affiliated Colleges: Worst case scenario me agar Main Campus nahi mila, toh National PG ya KKC (JNPG) me pehli counselling me hi seat lock ho jayegi na?

Agar kisi ko past trends ya cutoffs ka idea ho, toh please comments me thoda gyaan drop kar do.
