Celiac types, do someone has stronger type than other? And how does it differ
So I have like strong celiac in my opinion. Even trace amounts can harm me feels like a lot. Usually I got stringy cramps inside stomach so I lay down. I am curious, because I hear a guy saying he can eat a whole pinwheel cake without any real issues. So is it just me, beign really hypersensitive or could it be real? I take my diet seriously without any exceptions, but with life situations it can differ always. Thanks for any help
