I've read that sombr released an EP in 2023 called "in another life." Apparently it was released as "mainly streaming" with "limited physical copies available." Did anyone manage to buy the vinyl? I don't even see it listed on Discogs.
Three calls to customer service, including to a supervisor, and one DM to social media. Two hours of my time wasted. They all say the ship is sold out, but I booked the room in Feb. when it was clearly available. I asked for onboard credit and/or partial refund, and they said no. I believe the extra charge was about $200-400 total (can't remember if it was per person). I had heard you get what you pay for with Carnival and I understand that now, but any suggestions? They conveniently have no email on their Contact Us as well.
