I got this steal on armslist bull shark grey m&p 2.0 spec series for 600 bucks , I gotta buy a holster and an optic but what else should I be doing to get better? Also i could use some optics and holster recommendations I was thinking the osight C looks pretty big and nice ngl .

Is there a way to get ptc held for pick up in person in Hennepin county instead of getting mailed to my home address ? I have a problem of my mail getting taken before I can get to it and I really don’t want that to happen with my permit. I’m not really sure doesn’t say anywhere on the Hennepin county website my friend who lives in fridley (anoka Ramsey )said he was able to pick it up in person .
