Ok so low coolant ding just came on (GREAT) car under warranty so till Monday it is. Reservoir is low and I can see leaking etc. Has anyone gone thru this and what did they end up doing? My gti just stranded me in May to faulty thermostat. VW is making me want to go to other brand.

Howdy! So I’ve been told and read on other forums that mk7 racks will fit mk8 years. Was told same part, different part numbers. Can anyone agree with this? There’s a set for mk7s for sale and I’d like to buy them since I’d only use them occasionally. Thanks.
