tickets randomly got cancelled?
my friend and i somehow won the war and got 2 vip tickets during presale! once we got the order confirmation, we immediately booked (non refundable) flights, hotels, transport, etc.
on friday, i woke up to a notification that the money got refunded to my credit card. i check my emails and see that front gate randomly refunded my tickets out of nowhere.
i reached out to front gate - they said it was a bank issue. i reached out to capital one - they said the payment successfully processed and posted to my account, and their records clearly state that front gate requested the refund. i go back to front gate - they say “well we already cancelled your tickets, so we can’t do anything. you can join the waitlist!”
WTF. did this happen to anyone else???? i’m so so heartbroken and confused and panicked on what to do with the $1k i spent on transportation and lodging!!!
does anybody know if there is literally anything i can do 😭
