What's the correct Position of the tip of tounge?

The green arrow or red?

When i try to rest my tip of tounge on the green arrow area in the photo

My tip is touching my lower teeth and not touching upper teeth

And i also have some pain in lower teeth

Howt to fix it?

How to swallow without using facial muscles like lips and cheeks

It's impossible for me to do that

The problem with me :

The saliva stays on the floor and it's impossible to lift the saliva up on the floor of the tounge without using cheeks or lips

To collect the saliva i have to down my whole tounge

And then collect the saliva by ruining the mew position and then swallow

It breaks the suction
