CostPlusGaming - Issues with Support/Service

My 5090 was defective and they claimed for an RMA and i suppose it was the boss that had told me it was successful around early June but now they just beat around the bush and tell me to email which never gets responses and when i call some other representative answers and deflect to call back because he isn’t in charge of cases like mine or i get another guy that seems confused about my case and told me that they aren’t getting the RMA back from the Zotac and then backtracked and went on to just reiterate what i’ve been told which is to keep waiting but how long do these things typically last it’s been 3 months?

How long are 5090 RMAs taking?

I bought a PC from a popular prebuilt company about a year ago and sent my 5090 to them about 3 months ago and was told that Zotac doesn’t have anything available as to why they can’t proceed with giving me my rig back is this a ridiculous amount of time or realistic for shortage of hardware?
