Hi! Starting on May 8-9, I started having problems connecting to my computer in another city (this had never happened before). I'm from Russia, so it might be related to local blockages, but I'm not 100% sure. Anyway, please help me. I'm a 100% noob on internet connections

P.S: While I was writing this post, I was able to connect to my PC, but I accidentally logged out and now I can't connect :(
