I need help finding English taught bachelors programmes in French public universities. I've been unable to find one

I am a non EU student from an Asian country looking for an English taught programme in FInance, Accounting, Economics or CS in French university. Coudn't find one. also I cannot pay above 3000+ annual fees.

I can't afford, neither want to get admission in so called private universities which are infamous for their money snatching business tactics.
