Same as title.

My roommate wants to buy a cycle, her budget is around 5K. As for me, I have a brand new cycle which is too tall for my size, and I need to exchange it for a shorter chassis. Does anyone have any shop recommendations inside/outside of campus where we can do both things together (travelling back would be easier)?
