f/22/5’3” [165lbs>126lbs= 39lbs] ( 2-3years)
hi everyone, I used to be 160-170lbs at 5’3” & I am now 126lbs at 23% BF:) I’m currently trying to push a little further into a cut for the remainder of summer (here in canada) while still maintaining the muscle I have built!
