Allergies, dentist appointment, cold weather shifts, wind what a week. How do I deal with the vertigo?
Ugh. Anyone else have a crap week on the mid east coast. Allergies are so high, then it rained, then the temperature dropped so that led to weird fuzzy headaches.
To top it off I had to go to the dentist to get a cavity filled in my bad side where I have tmj. My mouth being opened over an hour, the drilling, laying completely flat I had awful vertigo. I still feel wobbly but luckily the migraine didn’t last longer than a few hours. But fuck I feel so discombobulated. I know crystals can get messed up during dental work but I’m so tired of having to shape my life around migraines and all that come with it.
