
Prepping for my first show
So I made this decision pretty late
I went to the Arnold classic UK with my dad and we watched the classic physique finals and both decided to go on a cut together, feeling Hella inspired by the insane physiques we had just witnessed
A few weeks in I was like, damn, this is the most locked in cut I've ever had, maybe I'll think about doing a show if it keeps going well
And then I had a search and found there was a show happening on my birthday in July and I thought, fuck it, if that isn't a sign to go for one why not
I started out at 113kg and pretty high bodyfat
8 weeks later I'm down to 98.5kg so the cut has been pretty aggressive, mainly just trying to get ahead because I started this super late
So I have no idea if I'm gonna get to a super duper shredded physique or not, I've got just under 10 weeks to go,
But I've been training with the intent of competing for years, and I figure if I keep delaying it because I'm not as big as I want to be then I'll just keep delaying it
So dunno how I'll do, but I'm so far super happy with the progress, not just physique but my discipline and willpower has been taken to another level and even if things aren't great for my first show, the experience will be Hella valuable
And hey if I don't do great, there's always the next show to do better

Stack is 600 test weekly 200 mast weekly 50 anavar daily 80 clen daily
Cardio: 1 hour stair master daily 15-20k steps daily
I also have to instruct a spin class once a week for work + 2 yoga-ish classes
Lifting 5 days a week
2000 cals a day, will try to drop it further soon but gonna be savage to do so
