I placed an order for a Nike shoe on 21 June and the app confirmed the order and matched me with a seller.

However, when I contacted customer service to check the status, they informed me that the order is now in a rematching attempt.

The shoe price is increasing, and I don’t think I’ll get a new match. How can I cancel the order? Or should I wait it out, as the app states the estimated delivery is between 27 June and 5 July?

This is my first time buying from StockX what a luck.

Anyone encountered similar situation?
