possible interaction between zepbound and viibryd? please help 😭

hey everyone! this is a very specific situation but i'm hoping someone out there has experienced the same or can give advice on how to handle it.

i've been taking viibryd 40mg many years now. i recently started zepbound. i was on 2.5mg for 4 weeks with some side effects but nothing drastic. well, i went up to 5mg this past friday and that whole night and the next day, i was experiencing symptoms that were IDENTICAL to viibryd withdrawals i've had in the past when i've missed doses. it was really distressing and awful to deal with :( vivid lucid dreams, dizziness, disassociation, itchy face, brain fog, tunnel vision, severe anxiety, etc..
these aren't typical side effects of zepbound, so i really don't think it was just from increasing it and experience side effects. it was so spot on with the way i have reacted to viibryd withdrawals in the past i really feel like the zepbound interacted with viibryd.

what doesn't make sense to me is that i took zepbound around 6pm. i take viibryd around 7am. i was experiencing these weird symptoms at night, before i would have even been due for my next viibryd dose. i could maybe understand if i had taken both around the same time, but they were taken almost 12 hours apart on friday, if viibryd absorption is disrupted at all from delayed digestion from zepbound, would that have shown up even when taking them so far apart? unless viibryd slowly releases itself and the zepbound did something to stop that release, causing it to wear off faster? idk i'm really trying to brainstorm here but have gotten nowhere :( i talked to my doctor, the zepbound manufacturer, and a couple pharmacists who have all said they aren't seeing any listed interactions between the two.

i know this was long but i'm having such immense anxiety thinking about this all repeating again this weekend because of how awful i felt last weekend, and am desperate to figure out why this happened and what i could possibly do to avoid it happening again.
