كيف نشغل روحي؟

I overthink too much, and when I start overthinking, my anxiety gets worse,
ومش لروحي بس، حتى للناس، حتى نبدا معندي شب نتوتر عليه، لو اختي عندها امتحان نبدا على اعصابي، ومش قادره لا ناكل لا نرقد لين تكمل وتبدا هيا مرتاحه.
معاش عرفت شن ندير بش نكون طبيعيه
I’ve had anxiety for a very long time, at this point I’m aware that it’s getting chronic,
ومش نشخص في روحي، شفت دكتوره وهدا كلامها بس معاش كملت لان مفيش شي ينفع وكل الحلول منها كانت عبارة عن أدوية واهلي مش مقنعين ب الحاجه هادي، ومن سالع المستحيلات ان هما يوافقو ف وقفت.
Now I’m stuck with myself.
Does anyone have any advice?
Something they did that worked with them?
I’m willing to try anything as long as it’s not pills.

Iwtl to not panic for other people

Like the title says, I want to learn how to not panic, especially for other people.
At this point I’m aware I have bad anxiety, but lately I realized that even when im not anxious about something for ME, I’m anxious about something for someone else.
Their exams, their mental health, their physical health, their relationship.
I’m just constantly in this anxious panicky state and it is horrible. I want to see a professional but at the moment, it’s difficult.
Cool, chill people, how do you not panic?
