Hello!! I'm looking for a unique Irish whiskey that maybe is less known but still enjoyable for my dad's birthday. I'm not sure what he was so I was hoping to get him sometime more unique that he wouldn't have tried yet. Also not trying to break the bank so around 100-150 USD. The method and madness: Japanese chestnut cask sounded interesting but I'm not sure how that one tastes. Any ideas??
