Flip 4 issue

Hello all! Sorry if this is off topic or not allowed, but I am at my wits end.

To start, the galaxy z flip 4 is genuinely my dream phone. I've wanted one of the flips since they first came out and was so happy I cried when I got a refurbished one as a surprise gift from my father. To me this was it. I did not want any other phone, I was gonna stick with this until the end.

Unfortunately the end came a lot sooner than expected. Around October last year, the touchscreen stopped working. First for just a few minutes, then for longer, until it stopped working entirely. Luckily I still had a warranty to get it fixed, so I send it back, and got it back in February. I had hoped this was the end of it.

Today, just a few months after use, the exact same thing happened again! I'm truly at my wits end, the back up phone I have is also slowly getting glitchier, and I'm just wondering what I can do to fix this? I don't want to buy a new phone, but it's looking like I have to.

Is this a known thing? How can I fix or prevent this in the future?
