I purchased 31 tubers as a newbie. 13 are up, which is upsetting in itself spent $$$ on the more expensive varieties. Obviously, expect there will be duds, but not that many. Then this is what is happening to 3 of the 13. Does anyone know what this is. We don’t have many animals living in a city ish area.
