online math learning with NO videos? specifically algebra 2 to pre-calc

i straight up hate internet videos and can't watch them but so much of "online how to" is a video now. i'll take books/pdfs too if they're free/inexpensive and reasonably easy to follow in self-learning

i haven't done real math since like 2011 and i'm trying to go back to school for engineering so i wanna make sure i remember it. i got through trigonometry/pre calc in high school just fine i just wanna practice a bit again so i dont go to a calculus class like "lol whats a fraction"

plant id? nc, us

found by a walking trail in a moderately sunny area. they're a bunch of short individual plants growing in big patches together. i deleted the picture of the flower i took like 1.5 weeks before but it was a 5 petal light yellow flower with a tiny little fruit on it.

anyone gotten work accommodations for DID and if so what were they?

i think the obvious thing is instructions/ rules being written or printed and easily accessible, and more time to accomplish tasks because of dissociation/ the fact that i'm a massive polyfragmented system meaning there's probly like 12 guys around front at once and getting them aligned to switch tasks is hard. from what i hear music/ earbuds/ headphones/ even One loop, is an absolute hard no from hr here

also i work retail food prep... most work accommodations i see tend to assume everyone works an office job. there are schedule times set by corporate and expected food production levels and managers freak out because less production = less sales. i can't do customer service except for the few times a day i'm spending 5-10 minutes putting product out and given i'm only qualified for retail i'm kinda stuck in my current position. i also don't have the heat tolerance or physical ability for a manual labor job

i live in my car right now so cooking isn't really an option. but i have a large cooler, and cutting board + knife, and salad seems easy. however i've never been a Salad Guy because growing up all i got was some sad iceberg with carrot shreds and ranch.

i self taught some cooking stuff and i can reasonably combine seasonings and cooked ingredients but i'm not really familiar with salads. i'm interested in both traditional greens based salads and bean salads. pasta salad doesn't seem doable given the lack of stove. only dietary restriction is no garlic and only small amounts of onion. cost isn't a big issue as long as you're not recommending something crazy like caviar. it also helps if one person can realistically eat all the ingredients before they expire, and there's minimal dishes/ cleanup. and i'm ok with buying "expensive but convenient" ingredients like boiled eggs and pre shredded chicken. i live in a decent sized city so i have access to international grocery stores.

in sum i guess i'm mostly looking for ingredients realistic to my situation and how to combine them. and loose recipes to try and then make variations on.

and because people ask, my car living backstory: i used to ride an electric scooter around, got hit from behind, won a settlement, did the math and figured i could do a down payment on a car but couldn't afford a car AND apartment and given 1 i can live in my car but i cant drive my house 2 i was on my 4th terrible roommate situation, i decided to buy the car and live in it.
