We have 1 room available in a 3x3 all MALE first floor apartment at Tivoli near UCF. It’s a brand new lease and will be $791 + utilities (no more than $80 a month).
Includes a private bathroom and bedroom.
We are open for you to move anytime in July and as early as July 8th. We will cover the sublease fee, application fee and the entire apartment already has the $1200 deposit that you can keep.
