
Frozen account and no support
My account that ive had for years and never had a payment issue with was frozen I got no information just a message to contact support. After messaging for a full day i got a message saying I had been randomly chosen for extra screening.
The form requires a case number so I had to go back and ask for it. Then as soon as I uploaded the documents the "conversation ended".
Now another day has passed with no information or updates.
Any advice? Is there a way to actually get support.
