Želim da krenem da učim full stack web development od nule, ali problem je što ima previše kurseva i ne znam šta zapravo vredi vremena.

Nemam prethodno iskustvo sa programiranjem, pa mi treba nešto što:

1. stvarno objašnjava osnove
2. nije napravljeno samo za ljude koji već znaju pola stvari
3. ima praktične projekte
4. vodi korak po korak do toga da možeš sam da napraviš web aplikaciju

Pošto sam početnik, teško mi je da procenim šta je stvarno kvalitetno, a šta je samo popularno ili dobro izreklamirano.

Zanima me:

1. kojim putem biste krenuli da danas počinjete od nule?
2. šta vam je najviše pomoglo da stvarno razumete development?
3. šta izbegavati kao početnik?
4. koliko je realno postati job-ready učenjem online?

Cilj mi nije da samo pratim tutorijale, nego da stvarno razumem kako funkcionišu moderne web aplikacije i da vremenom budem spreman za posao ili freelance.

I’m trying to transition into a better long-term remote role and wanted to ask for some advice from people already working remotely.

I’m based in Serbia and looking for a fully remote position in the ~$1500–$2000/month range. Most of my experience is in customer facing roles - customer support, account handling, inside sales, and credit repair, mostly working with international clients and remote teams.

I’d love to hear:

1. Which companies are good for hiring internationally?
2. What roles are realistically achievable in that salary range?
3. Any platforms or communities you’d personally recommend?
4. If anyone knows teams hiring remotely, referrals are always appreciated too.

Is the $1500–$2000/month range realistic for fully remote roles today? If yes, what types of positions or industries usually fall into that range (e.g. customer support, sales, account management, SaaS, etc.)?

Also curious if there are specific companies or regions that are more open to hiring remote workers from Eastern Europe/Balkans.
