I don’t really know how to value this because it is low pop and the World Cup is actively going on. Any opinions are welcome

I was looking through some of my cards and noticed this on the top left corner. When I first saw it I figured I damaged it as a kid. But looking again, I don’t think that would make sense because if it was scratched/scraped the holofoil would be showing right?
