Sold a used car still under MCO

My company was recently sold a used CPO car but found out today that it’s still under MCO and they’re trying to title the used vehicle with the MCO in my state.

How is this even possible? My understanding is every state requires used cars to be sold with a title and the floor plan holds the title as security on a used car and MCO on a new car?

Needless to say the car is having title and registration issues and I’ve been advised by multiple car dealers to get the deal unwound because no one thinks I’ll be able to use this car for months commercially.

8 days in the UK

The wife and I will be going to the UK from the 1st of September until the 9th.

I have a conference that I’m debating on attending for my industry just outside London on the 3rd and I want to visit/meet a work colleague who I’ve been collaborating with for years in Devon (Plymouth).

What else should I do?

The wife and I were thinking about going to the holland and holland shooting grounds on the 2nd, the day prior to the conference as it’s around a 40 minute drive north from where this conference is taking place. We’re both into shooting trap so that should be fun.

We have little to no interest in staying in London proper and would prefer the country side.

Also, who rents out range rovers outside Turo?
