Had a curbside order of just 15 items. Got notification that all items were in stock with no substitutions. We park in spot CC. After about 10 minutes an employee approaches and tells us that ”a couple of items” were missing from our order and that a shopper was going to get them and it would take “a while”. When she came back with our stuff after about 15 minutes, she asked if it was okay to substitute the name brand fiber supplement for the one we ordered.

What are the chances our order was brought to spot C and they had to reshop the entire order?
