These schedule request forms are getting ridiculous.

Why need I need to provide a reason every time I do a schedule or timesheet change?? And have the reason approved! My lead just asked me to clarify my reason for my schedule change. I know it’s probably not her. I shouldn’t feel pressured to explain a medical condition as a reason. If they deny my reason being medical, I can sue right??
I swear if I didn’t have student loans I wouldn’t be doing this bs anymore.

When clients request me, apparently my name says I’m on vacation/leave??

Hey fellow stylists, so two things have been bought to my attention.
1.) A friend of my mom, said she requested me as a stylist. She just received her fix today with someone else and in her note, it said that I left the company???
2. Then, I’m friends with another stylist, said that when she searched ny name , it said I was on vacation/leave???
I took sick time a few weeks ago ?

I am so perplexed rn. I am still working here and everything is functioning right for me. Now I’m just worried about more of my clients that are trying to reach for me, and they can’t!

My lead wants me to file for Medical/disability leave

So due to some of my schedule change reasons (one being a side effect of my medication , I missed my time of punch in ) , I did the form and put that reason down.
Now she could mean well by giving me the option for matrix and filing for FMLA . But… this seems like a push from management and her hire ups to ask me to take FMLA.
Considering a few months ago , I was given a level 3 without warning
Again , i personally feel like they would retaliate and push me to quit. If I did.
Idk everything this company is doing currently is making us stylists feel pushed out.
I don’t need it (really not serious of a condition to warrant a leave) and I rather use my sick time accumulated.
Am I crazy?
