My 12 year old goes to an unconventional school that is closed on Wednesdays. I'm looking for activities/lessons/classes he could do during school hours, especially in the morning. At this point I'm open to private lessons even though they're pricier. Thanks!

I like to use dark eyeliner on the roots of my eyelashes because they’re blond. So I need something really creamy and glide-y in order to do that, but I also need something that won’t smudge and give me raccoon eyes. Does anyone have advice? I can’t find anything that has all those properties.
